- Cancellation & Return policy
- Thank you for shopping with Emperor Brand Holdings Pte Ltd. Return policy (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date. You may not return: sale items, or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Returns are also not accepted if you ‘change your mind’ . Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
All merchandise must be returned unused, unopened, and with original tags attached. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have returned the product to us. Please allow 2 - 3 days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Any return of exchange of items in unopen condition will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item, you may bring down to our shop for exchange, shipping fees strictly no refund.
